Kon Kalemis is a senior executive with more than 28 years’ experience in Commercial / Strategic Business Development and Operations Management. Kon was first introduced to the Lotteries Industry in 2008 through his involvement as C.C.O. of Neurosoft S.A., a Technologies & Services provider to the Lottery industry, owned in part by OPAP S.A. and Lottomatica S.p.A..
Subsequently was commissioned by Betfair Group PLC to assist in the development of their B2B Services and by Camelot Global Services Limited to assist in the commercial development of their Interactive: Consulting, Products and Technology Services to other Lotteries.
Prior to Neurosoft, Kon worked as an Operations & new Business Development Manager with Attica S.A./ Prooptiki Balkans and prior to that was an affiliate of Rothmans Australia Ltd / British American Tobacco PLC & Sony Entertainment (Aus).
Kon holds a Bachelor Degree in Humanities from Monash University, Australia.
Teemu Lehtinen

During the last twenty years, Teemu Lehtinen has worked with several Fortune 500 businesses, non-governmental organisations and politicians as well as European public administrations to help them in their strategy towards policy, regulation and crisis management.
Currently Teemu is a leading lobbyist of the gambling sector in Greece representing a wider variety of interests related to online gambling. In this field, he has worked with the Remote Gambling Association in Athens, the largest Greek sports betting company in Brussels and a Chinese venture capital firm on matters of regulatory compliance in London and Isle of Man. Until 2014, Teemu was in charge of Betfair PLC’s public affairs in Greece, Cyprus, Nordics and Brussels.
Before joining Betfair in 2010, Teemu was Executive Vice-President of Communication Effect, a leading Greek communications agency and exclusive affiliate of Edelman. From 2002 to 2007, Teemu was Managing Director, Public Affairs of Edelman in Brussels. He started his Brussels career in 1996 when he joined EPPA, a large privately held public affairs firm.
Teemu holds an M.A. in political science from Helsinki University and has a degree from the Strasbourg Robert Shuman institute of political studies. He is proficient in seven languages.
Matt Osgood

Matt Osgood is an experienced multi-jurisdictional lottery executive and expert. Matt has worked with lottery clients in the EU, Ireland, continental Europe and North America developing marketing strategies, gaming innovation, customer engaging key moment narratives. His role was instrumental in the growing the EuroMillions to an over £1bn brand for the UK National Lottery.
Matt designed and led the campaign to grow the Irish National Lottery customer base by 66% and sales by 12% within 12 months, worked with the French Lottery counterparts to develop the EuroMillions and growing it across 10 European markets. He designed and launched the guaranteed UK millionaire raffle game – the most successful new game launch since Lotto in 1994 – subsequently replicated by lotteries in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and across Canada – which made a world record of 100 millionaires in one single draw at the London 2012 Olympic opening ceremony and to date has delivered over £3bn in incremental revenues.
Most recently Matt has worked with LottoLand multijurisdictional platform and advised TNS International in their efforts to extend secure communications services to lottery industry.

Nic Beredimas

Nic is a strategic thinker who functions well in a matrix environment with over 30 years’ Project Manager experience in: IT, Business Management & Process Re-engineering, Finance, Government, Education and Training.
Nic has worked in some of Australia’s and South East Asia’s largest companies and tertiary institutions implementing new IT and Business Process Systems & Optimizations, Change Management, EDMS, BPR, CRM, Data Centres; and subsequently assisting these companies to upskill their staff to implement and use the new technologies.
He has worked on mobile and cloud implementation including UI and UX, data migration and offshore storage, security upgrades and penetration testing. Nic is able to work well with all stakeholders from senior executives & government ministers, to technical staff, vendors and suppliers to ensure open communication channels so that the projects are delivered on time, to budget whilst meeting all quality and security requirements.
Nic holds a Masters Degree in Education (Training), a Graduate Diploma in Education and Training, Graduate Certificates in: Leadership & Education and Training, Advanced Diploma Management, Advanced Diploma Marketing, Diploma Project Management, Diploma Applied Science, Prince2 accredited and is a professional member of the Project Management Institute (Melbourne Chapter)
Anastassios Evangelou

Anastassios has in excess of 25 years’ experience in IT Project management predominantly focused, in the Banking and Insurance Industries.
Starting his career in the early 90’s he had the opportunity to work with various companies developing S/W for commercial purposes and evolved to the role of a Senior Solution Manager with Unisystems S.A., – the largest Systems Integrator in Greece.
His IT DNA consists of both Technical and Business Optimization expertise with core areas of involvement: BI-Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing & Management, CMA-Content Management & Archiving, BPM-Business Process Management, BRMS-Business Rules Management Systems, Electronic Invoicing, Cloud Sizing & Modelling Systems and Mobile Applications.
Currently he is focused in e-commerce / Interactive Technologies with a strong interest in Big Data Analytics and the “Internet of Things” arena as he believes, this to be the next big thing.
Anastassios studied Civil Engineer at Technological Institution of Crete and combined these studies with: Computer Analysis & Programming, IT Systems Architecture, Business Administration and Application Analysis.
